Payments

Please check your junk / spam folder and ensure you have entered a valid email address. Let us know right away on support@hellolippe.com if you believe you have given any incorrect details.

At the final stage of checkout, you will see an option to enter the discount code. If you are using a laptop it will show up on the right hand side under the item you are purchasing.

If you are using your mobile phone you will be able to enter it right before your payment details. If you have any problem finding it then please contact us.

Lippe has a shelf life of 12 months after opening.
