RETURN POLICY
All items are eligible for a refund request provided they are returned back to us within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be in its original state meaning the seal must be intact and show no signs of wear and tear, unopened and unused. The packaging must not be damage and the products must be in a re sellable state.
If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product/ package has been opened / used and the seal has been tampered with, unfortunately you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.
Please note that a refund will not include the outward shipping fee. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracking service when posting items back to Lippe as we will not be responsible for return parcels lost or damaged in transit.
