By visiting the site the “Site” or “we” you are agreeing to not use the website or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, including without limitation: distributing any abusive, unlawful, defamatory, harmful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material. You may not use the website or services to transmit any material that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise would breach any laws, regulations, or codes of practice. You warrant that we have the right to post any materials posted by you on our website and that the materials do not infringe any third party intellectual property rights.


Interfering with, damaging, disabling, or impairing the operation of this website, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the website, networks or gateways connected to it through hacking, spoofing, or any such similar means is expressly prohibited. You agree to indemnify Lippe for any loss or damage which may arise through your unauthorised use of the website or service.

Lippe reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending you an email notification or providing notice through the Site. By continuing to access or use the Site in any way after such notice has been provided, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms and all of the terms incorporated therein by reference. We encourage you to review the Terms frequently to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions that apply when you access or use the Site or order, receive or use the Products. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you are free to reject them, but in that case you may not access or use the Site or order, receive or use the Products.

Lost Parcels

Lippe accepts no responsibility for lost or unclaimed packages. Online tracking is available to you and is sent to you via email, It is your responsibility to track
the item. We urge customers to access their tracking code if there is a delay in tracking and/or receiving your order. If the wrong address
information is inputted into the checkout page when an order is placed on the website, and as a result, a parcel is sent out then returned back to us, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the product to be re-sent to the correct address.

Delivery

Lippe is not responsible for any failure to deliver products on time or at all to the fullest extent permitted by law if such failure results from an event beyond its reasonable control. An event beyond its reasonable control would include but is not limited to war, rebellion, labour strike, natural disaster such as an earthquake or an endemic or pandemic such as COVID-19. In such circumstances we shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the product to you once the event no longer prevents us from doing so.

Refund

All items are eligible for a refund request provided they are returned back to us within 14 days of delivery. 

In order for us to refund your purchase the product must be be in its original state meaning the seal must be intact, unopened and unused. There must be no signs of wear and tear, packaging must not be damage and the products must be in a re sellable state.

If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product/ package has been opened / used and the seal has been tampered with, unfortunately you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

Please note that a refund will not include the outward shipping fee.  All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and non-refundable. We highly recommend using a tracking service when posting items back to Lippe as we will not be responsible for return parcels lost or damaged in transit.
